Happy Thanksgiving

Gratitude is one of the greatest attributes we can have. Even more important than having an attitude of gratitude is acting on our gratitude. During this time of year, we tend to express more gratitude. We would be much happier, be less depressed and have less anxiety if we practice actions of gratitude every day all year around.

I am so very grateful for so many things, That is my attitude of gratitude. I act daily on that gratitude - that is the demonstration of my gratitude.

Practice random acts of gratitude every day if you want to experience true joy.
