Food for the Soul

Greetings All

I have been enjoying the thrills and spills of the Olympic Games. Seeing people of any age, gender, race, belief, etc., put all they have on the line and to push themselves to be the best is food for the soul.

A lesson for all of us. Enjoy each day. Have a goal. Plan, impliment and evaluate.

Strive for personal excellence in one thing each day.

Make a Great Day

New Year

Greetings all:

I noticed that my last blog did not get posted. I'm a bit computer challenged, so who knows what happened to it.

I want to share a few random thoughts as we have just made it through the first month on a new year and decade.

"Life can only be understood backwards, but must be lived forwards." Anonymous

"The single biggest problem with communication is the illusion that it has taken place."

"Hurry up and relax" Anonymous

"There is no trying, there is only doing or not doing"

Some day I want to meet "Anonymous." He or She has great words of wisdom. I hope Anonymous is a lot of people and a lot of us. We all have words of wisdom when we share who we really are.

Be positive and make a great day
