Relax

Greetings All

A short break from memory work.

10 Ways to Soothe Your Aching Body, Mind and Soul

Take a nice warm bath. Lock the door for privacy

Add favorite bath oil, salts or sprigs of rosemary or lemon oil.

Play some of your favorite music

Have your favorite comfort food handy (Not too much!)

Candles create a relaxing food and aroma

Laugh, read a silly joke book.

Read Scriptures

Pray for others and be thankful for your own blessings

Do something nice for others.

Watch an old favorite movie and eat lots of buttered popcorn.

Make a great day
