Is anyone interested in improving their memory? Most of us would respond yes. There really are some very simple ways to improve memory. Our brain is such a wonderful device. Too bad we didn't get an owner or operators manual with it. Well, in some ways we did. God new that we probably wouldn't use it any way.
Here is how to begin memory improvement. First of all identify an affirmation or a quality you like about yourself and think about it 10 times throughout the day. If you forget repeat the affirmation 10 times before you go to bed.
