Stress
Does your day get stressful? Basically, if you are alive, you will experience some stress every day. Stress is not necessarily anegative thing. It can keep us motivated. One key to managing stress is to remain focused on the here and now. Many people spend too much time evaluating and judging the past and/or worring about the future. Our time of power is NOW. Learn from the past, do not live in it. Plan for the future, do not worry about it. Every day, find something positive, something to be grateful for, and something to laugh at.
